Virgin Mojito ( a mocktail with Garden cress seeds)

- Lemon – 1 number (deseeded and diced)
- Mint leaves – few
- Sugar -1 tbsp
Preparation
Crush all the above ingredients together in a bowl.

- Juice of one lemon (use medium size lemon)
- Garden cress seeds – 1 tablespoon (soaked for about 1 hour and drained)
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon (or as per your taste)
- Water or club soda
Transfer the crushed mix into a serving glass.add lemon juice,garden cress seeds and sugar.mix well. Add water or club soda. Your drink is ready.
