Step 1
Ingredients
- Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup powdered
- Egg yolk – 5 nos
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
- All-purpose flour (maida) – 1 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – ½ tsp
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Egg white – 5 nos
Preparation
In a mixing bowl beat butter and powdered sugar till creamy and fluffy. Add egg yolks, vanilla essence and continue beating till it is mixed well and becomes fluffy. Now add sifted all-purpose flour along with baking powder, baking soda and mix well. Add milk and beat well. In a separate bowl beat egg whites till it forms stiff peaks. Add this beaten egg white to the prepared batter and fold gently. Transfer the mix to a greased baking tray. Preheat oven to 350 deg Celsius. Bake for 30 min at 175 deg Celsius. Check after 25 minutes using a fork. If the fork comes out clean the cake is done perfectly. Using a fork pierce the cake all over and leave it for cooling down.

Ingredients
- Milk – 1 cup
- Evaporated milk – 1/2 cup
- Condensed milk – 1/2 cup
Preparation
Mix all the above ingredients and pour it on the cake. The cake absorbs the milk mix and will become soft and moist.
Step 3
Ingredients
- Whipping cream – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
- Chocolate powder – 1 tsp
Preparation
