Special pan pizza in 20 minutes | No baking, No kneading, No rolling | Easy Lunch box recipe

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour – ½ cup
  • All purpose flour (maida) – ½ cup
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Baking powder – ¼ tsp
  • Baking soda – ¼ tsp
  • Water – 1 cup(warm)
  • Pizza sauce – 3 tbsp
  • Hot sauce – 1 tsp
  • Pizza seasoning – ½ tsp
  • Mixed vegetables – 1 ½ cup (onion, capsicum, tomato, jalapeno, sweet corn etc ..)
  • Chicken pieces/paneer – ½ cup(cooked/fried)
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 to 2 cups (shredded)

Preparation

In a pan add wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Now add water and mix the flour. It should be a loose paste (thick batter) consistency. Spread the batter evenly in the pan (here 30 mm pan used). Now gently spread the pizza sauce and hot sauce on the batter. You can use any sauce according to your choice. Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on it. Then spread the vegetables according to your choice. Add some pieces of chicken, meat or paneer cubes. Sprinkle little pizza seasonings on it (try some pepper powder, chilly flakes etc..). spread one more layer of cheese. Now turn on the flame. Cover and cook on very low flame for about 15   till base is brown and cheese melts completely.
