Ingredients

  • Mango(ripe) – 2 nos(medium, finely chopped)
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Water – 2 to 3 tbsp

Preparation

Grind mango to a fine paste (add little water if needed). In a heated pan add the ground mango, water, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and cook over low flame. Bring to boil, by stirring continuously and cook to a thick consistency but flowing. Transfer it to the jar and leave it for cooling. After cooling down, jam is ready to use. Keep it refrigerated for longer use.
