Wheat Ghee roast
Ingredients
- Shallots – 4 to 5 nos
- Curry leaves – few
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Water – ½ cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Eno – ½ tsp
In a blender, add shallots, curd, water, few curry leaves, wheat flour and salt. Blend it to a smooth batter. Add more water to adjust the consistency. Add Eno and mix well. Spread the batter on tawa. Flip to cook evenly.
Wheat Pizza dosa
Ingredients
- Above mentioned batter
- Pizza sauce – 2 tbsp
- Chopped vegetables – ¼ cup
- Mozzarella cheese – 3 tbsp
Spread the batter on hot tawa. Flip one side and apply pizza sauce on top. Add chopped vegetables and cheese on top. Cover and cook or a while. Tasty pizza dosa is ready.
Wheat Elanchi
Ingredients
- Previously prepared batter
- Cardamom powder
- Scraped coconut
- Jaggery
Spread the batter on hot tawa and flip one side. Add mix of coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder. Spread evenly. Roll it and toast. Wheat elanchi is ready.
Wheat Bran dosa
Ingredients
- Dosa batter
- Bran (rice, wheat or oat) – 2 tbsp
Add bran to the batter and mix well. Spread the batter on hot tawa. Flip to cook evenly.
Wheat Neer Dosa
Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Coconut – ½ cup
- Salt – as needed
- Water – as needed
- Ghee/oil – ½ tsp
Mix wheat flour, coconut by adding enough water and salt. Add more water and make the batter very thin in consistency. Add ghee or oil to a pan and add batter. Spread the batter evenly. Pour little oil on top.
Neer dosa is ready.
Wheat Kai Ada
Ingredients
- Wheat flour – ½ cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Coconut – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Oil/ghee – ½ tsp (optional)
- Water – as needed
Add wheat flour, salt, coconut and oil into a bowl. Pour water and mix it with hands. Mix it to a creamy consistency. Spread the batter carefully with your hands on the pan. Flip to cook evenly.
